Care 360: Seafarer Wellbeing, Assured The Fleet Way

August 4, 2026

Care 360 brings together EVERY support available to Fleet Management’s seafarers and their families under one framework. The structured resource will help them stay healthy, connected, and supported across a seafarers’ career.

Over the years, Fleet has introduced a wide range of innovations to support crew wellbeing. These include psychological support, crisis response, family engagement, training, and health initiatives. As the needs of seafarers have changed, these programmes have continued to expand.

Care 360 marks such a crucial step forward. Developed by Fleet Care, the Quality Catering Division (QCD), and the Fleet Personnel Department (FPD), it brings all wellbeing initiatives together in one place. It also creates a clear structure for how support is delivered, reviewed, and improved over time.

Why Care 360 Matters

Life at sea can be rewarding, but it also comes with challenges. Extended periods away from home, demanding work schedules, and the pressures of shipboard life can affect both seafarers and their families.

Fleet understands that wellbeing is not only about solving problems when they occur. Good support starts before difficulties arise and continues throughout a seafarer journey at sea.

Care 360 provides a stronger foundation for this support. It sets out clear wellbeing priorities and creates a roadmap for future improvement.

A 360-Degree Approach to Wellbeing

The structured framework is a one-stop solution for our seafarers, their families, and onshore colleagues. It provides access to medical care, psychological support, family outreach, crisis response, and wellbeing services when they are needed most.

The framework also includes clear governance, regular reviews, and performance measures. This helps us understand strengths, areas for improvement, and ensure support continues to meet the needs of its people.

"Care 360 brings together the many ways Fleet supports seafarers and their families under one framework. It creates a clearer structure for delivering support today while helping us identify opportunities to strengthen wellbeing programmes in the future. Most importantly, it reinforces our commitment to helping our people stay healthy, resilient, and supported throughout their careers.”
