Fleet colleagues around the world came together to celebrate World Maritime Day 2026, recognising the seafarers and maritime professionals who keep global trade moving every day.
Across our vessels, offices and training centres, colleagues marked the occasion with team gatherings, quizzes and safety activities, reflecting the global nature of our business and the maritime community we are proud to be part of.
This year's celebrations extended beyond Fleet's own network. In partnership with the Hong Kong Maritime Museum, Anchor Plaza in Hong Kong was illuminated in blue as part of the International Maritime Organization's global Light It Up Blue campaign, celebrating Hong Kong's maritime heritage and the role shipping plays in supporting global trade.
Fleet also joined the wider maritime community online, with our World Maritime Day Quiz shared by the IMO, extending the celebrations to maritime professionals around the world.
